Chalkboard Placemats

I saw this project on a blog that I follow. The front is chalkboard cloth and the back vinyl placemat fabric. I made one for my nepehw and for benji. I don't think I like the way it rolls, so I need to think of a way to close/carry it. Benji loves it!

Easter Basket

I saw these baskets on a few different blogs and decided to come up with my own version. I would make some changes next time. I would stiffen the ears a bit more and give a bit more structure to the basket with different interfacing. I think using something like fusible fleece would do the trick. Benji liked it though!

Old MacDonald Had a Farm

Craft night this week was a blast! We had the most people we've ever had. We made Old MacDonald Gloves. Benji loves them!!! What a great way to teach farm animals!

Curtains for Michela

My friend Michela asked me to make curtains to match her bedding set (Penelope from Pottery Barn Kids). I loved the way they turned out! I think she did too.

Baby Carrier

Here is the newest baby carrier I made for a friend. The pictures don't show the colors as well as I wanted them too (light pink/light turquoise/blue with brown) and the picture of me I had Mary take. I guess 5 year olds don't know how to focus. :) I hope my friend likes it!
